Can I host custom Docker images?

Yes. All plans provide full Portainer panel access. You can deploy any Docker image, write custom Compose files, configure environment variables, and map persistent storage paths.

How does the custom subdomain work?

During checkout, you choose a subdomain (e.g., `myagent`). We configure DNS records and SSL certificates automatically. Your agent container can then expose webhooks or API ports securely at `https://myagent.plugagent.ai`.

Are the resources really dedicated?

Absolutely. We run containers inside isolated KVM slices with dedicated CPU cores and RAM limits. Your AI agents will never suffer from 'noisy neighbor' resource degradation.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription from the billing dashboard, and your container resource slice will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle.
